I am looking to get a site revamped, due to the coder I just fired
took all the code he has placed. IF you are intersted in working on
building a site, let me know..I got a msdn account and I could do a
trade for software.. IE operating systems, applications etc legit
with product ID codes and COA.. Also looking for a great flasha nd
graphics designer too.

well, you certainly don't have any controls in place...even as simple as the
use of freaking cvs.

as for the msdn subscription, you really should take a look at the eula!
hey, maybe i *should* work for you...then i could get my 250K usd for
turning you in to them for piracy. and yes, this type of 'trade' does
constitue piracy *and* is a violation of the eula.

if you were my employee, you'd be directly behind the employee you just
fired...walking out the door.

I own this software and IT IS NOT ILLEGAL at all. Perhaps YOU should
revise yourself on the privacy laws. I own the software so me selling
it or trading it to someone does not state it is copied.. I am giving
the person FULL COA with it..
As for the site goes, what are you an idiot, I said it needs to be
revamped, learn to READ!!!

you never have read the eula, have you! you do not 'own' the software but
the right to install and use it...and that too, is limited to usually one
computer and one laptop (simultaneously).

further, i said PIRACY not 'privacy'. perhaps your reading comprehension is
clouded by your simple inability to recognize the words themselves.

as you can transfer the right to others to install and use software from ms,
this is under NORMAL/STANDARD eulas. an msdn eula is an entirely different
animal. even the eula's between subscription levels are different. none of
them allow you to do what you have expressed here as your intention.

THE SITE GOES, are you an idiot? i said nothing about your site regarding
its modification - inclusive of revamping, enhancing, or whatever else you
want to call it. i said i should take your offer, get the software in
exchange, turn you in to microsoft, and collect my 250K usd.

as it is, you have no controls in place (cvs, backup systems, etc.) which
means you are a novice. were i your employer, i'd fire you for your
ineptness given that you spent money to further develop a product and then
lost the effort(s) when an employee (probably rightfully so) go angry with
your dumbass and bent you over. i'd also fire you for exposing my company to
piracy lawsuits levied by the largest producer of software on the
planet...even if they lost, your company would be bankrupt defending itself.

you obviously need to read for comprehension especially when it comes to
contracts, i.e. eula.

You have no right to give out the MSDN software - 100% violation of the EULA
(Terms of Use).
