I have a report questionare made in flash which post parameters to perl,
I need to take thoughs parameters and create a rtf documnent from the
params.

I am not sure where to begin, would it be the same as creating a text
file? Anyone who can point me in the right directions?

Yup, that's what RTF is alright, i.e. text, so I suppose it is the same
as creating a text file. That's how I created RTF files many years ago,
before there were any modules that might help.

Things have changed a bit since I needed to do it. CPAN is your friend:

http://search.cpan.org/search?query=3Drtf&mode=3Dall

Followed by a quick check of your friendly ppm archive to see if the
likely looking modules (e.g. RTF::Writer) from the above search are
available.
