Are there any commercial web mail services that operate with https not
only for the login pages but also for the complete operation of the
site, such as the web pages for email listing, email browsing, editing,
creating etc? (such as for example the pages for online banking).

Would something like www.safe-mail.net fit the requirements? No
cookies or JavaScript either.
