Mailing Lists

I have a problem with sending a mailing list.

I dont want all e-mail addresses to be shown is there a way using Microsoft
Office Outlook 2003????

Please cc a copy to john [at] kznsoftware.co.za

Just put the addresses in the Bcc: list.

Perhaps you will have to put something in the To: field. If so, you
could use your own address or some other (valid) address. In Outlook
*Express* you can leave it blank and OE will set it to
""Undisclosed-Recipients:;" [at] <your_MSP>" (without outer quotes). Probably
Outlook (2003) works similarly. I'm sure that others gave give more
complete advice on this ("Undisclosed-Recipients:;") part.
