Automating the process of configuring the certificate trust list

Hi All,

I need to automate the process of configuring the certificate trust
list (CTL) in IIS 6.0 .Basically I need to add the root authority
certificate to my website's CTL.

Is there a way to programmatically configure certificate trust lists in
IIS 6.0?

What would be the possible approaches to achieve the same?
