Connecting from MS Access to mySQL with UTF8 data encoding

Hi,

I'm trying to connect from MS Access 2003 to mySQL via [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]
My data on mySQL server are in Czech language with UTF8 encoding.

I tried initial statement options (in ODBC driver settings) such as: SET NAMES 'utf8', but nothing helped.
I always get rubbish instead of proper Czech chars.
