Looking for help with 2 Factor Authentication Test Plans

Does anyone out there have a set of fairly comprehensive test plans for
implementing 2 Factor Authentication (specifically RSA SecurID)? We are
looking at implementing 2FA across both our Windows and HP-UX
environments.
