roboform and other security

I want to beef up my security after a serious hack; I am particularly
wary of keyloggers. Roboform has been plugged quite a lot lately; does
anyone know if it is any good?

I'm currently using Windows 98 and for various reasons don't want to
upgrade. At present the only security I am using is AVG free edition
and NoAdware.

Have a mac for work and a crappy dell for hacking. problem solved.
