The only person I know who uses Cone is its author - Sam, who regularly
posts in comp.mail.misc.

I've set followups there, so maybe he'll respond.

Heh, "true" open source project ;)

I suppose one of the reasons Pine is somewhat "out of favor" is that
it's not GPL'd :(
