Not sure if this is the right list to ask the question. If not can you
point me in the right direction.
I have a mysql database 4.1 and using perl.
I'd like to know how to strip html tags out of the textarea as well as solve
a problem when someone copies and pastes into a textarea from word.
The single and double quotes look like diamonds with question marks in a CSS
wrapper, but in my perl file where I display the code it looks fine.
