Trying to install Perl DBI and Perl DBI Driver -DBD on Solaris 9

I have Perl version 1.04, mysql 4.0.25 -- standard installed on Solaris 9 64 bit SPARC architecture.
Previously mysql was configured with PHP and Apache.

Now we require Perl DBI and DBD for Perl mysql connectivity.

Could you mail us the steps to follow / what to download to achieve our requirements ?
