"IIS Worker Process encountered a problem and needed to close"
We have been getting this unexpected error on our Exchange 2003 Server just
recently which is also not allowing us to use OWA on any machine. It also
runs IIS which appears to start normal just no OWA!!!
The only thing we have changed is the Admin username and password over the
weekend, not sure if that is related but we did check the service account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It throws these errors in as well.
szAppName : w3wp.exe szAppVer : 6.0.3790.1830 szModName : unknown
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 62eaf21a

Something is crashing inside of w3wp.exe.

You need to use a tool like DebugDiag or IISState to work out what's going
on. Post the log files that are generated here if you need help
understandign what's going on.
