Hi All,

I get an error while loading the mysql statements from an sql file on =
Linux.

When I do something like this,

#mysql -h localhost -u root -p newdatbase < test123.sql

Error:1604

The test123.sql contains simple DDL statements like CREATE TABLE,DROP =
TABLE with every syntax correct.

Please can any one help me,When I sorted at Google,I found that it is =
the cause of a simple bug in MySql.

Thanks,
Nikhil.

Re: Mysql Error

Hi Mulley,

If you attach the file test123.sql and a description of your system then
it would help in sorting out what is wrong. However, this does not
really look like a bug so you probably should have sent the question to
one of the general lists. Looks like it should be a pretty simple
problem so if you send me your test file (paul [at] ensigma.com.au) then I
will try to sort it out for you.

Cheers,

Paul
