I just attempted to upgrade to 4.0.20 on my windows machine and ran into
a couple of interesting things:

1. the download file was mysql-4.0.20c-win.zip but the installer said it
was installing 4.0.20a
2. During the install the error: "An error occured during the data move
process: -103". Both my server and client seem to be upgraded and
running correctly (they report version 4.0.20a).
