Gnome-Panel Weather-Applet

Hi,

In the gnome-panel one can put a weather applet showing the weather at a given
location. However, the time given is totally off and in the case of Central
Europe 8 hours ahead of UTC (GMT), letting the sun rise at 12:00 and set at
02:40.

Where would one set the time for this applet to correctly show either UTC or
local time.

The program GrabWeather for example always shows time at UTC.

Thank & regards
