bug found with remote exploit

Came across this on IRC, and not sure if it has been found or addressed.
I have not taken the time to test this on any system, since I do not
have one for testing purposes to check validity.

This is a known bug and is fixed in MySQL 4.0.15 (already released) and
3.23.58 (to be released really soon).
