I downloaded this same zip file a day ago and it unpacked with the =
correct version... Today, after downloading the zip file, it unpacks as =
the wrong version.

It's still 4.0.14 - the bug is that it shows wrong version number.
We released 4.0.14a for Windows to fix that.
