apache and FPSE on redhat9

Hi

It succeeded in the installation of FPSE 2002. There is no error even in the
log of apache 1.3.33.

But,Using FrontPage 2003, when publishing, problem occurs.

After the publishing, when it compares with the local file and the remote
file, when it is contentious, being to be displayed, it does.

Is this normal?
