"interface not registered" IIS 6 manager XP Sp2

I'm getting an "interface not registered" error in the snapin for IIS 6
(admin pack) on XP sp2.. I saw one article about reinstalling or
installing the 5.1 snapin etc.. then reinstalling the 6.0 pack.. but
this didnt fix the error..

Any other ideas out there??
