Emergency rollback to 3.51.10 for me...again...

MySQL Server 4.1.9 <-> AccessXP/WinXP (fully patched)

w/ 3.51.11 linked tables resolve most fields as type "Text."
w/ 3.51.10-2 none of the mysql DSNs worked.
w/ 3.51.10 linked tables resolve fields normally.

It's a good thing I test on a separate machine before I rollout new
software to the workstations. I don't know how much testing was done on
these last two "production" releases, but it wasn't enough.

Re: Re: MyODBC 3.51.11 released

I would like to add that this release still contains the bug that the "pre-release" had when the myodbc team asked users to test it: in VC++, if the DSN dialog shows to ask the user for correct parameters and user presses OK, an uncaughtable exception is thrown breaking execution to press an Ok button and then resuming normally.

I would like to state that my detailed description message never had a reply (neither dev-team nor other users) and final release came out disregarding it so.

Should I submit a bug report?
(Will this message be replied?)

Regards
Fernando

CREATE TABLE `DateTest` (`DateField` datetime default NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`DateField`));

That's with DSN connection OPTIONS=266
