multiple selects

We are trying to do multiple selects in dotnet but seem to be getting an
error. This was working just fine with the MySQL dotnet driver, so the
query is fine. But we seem to be getting an error when multiple
statements are used of any sort. This can be inserts or selects. So is
this a limitation of the mysql odbc driver or the odbc driver in dotnet
or am I the only one that seems to be having troubles?

RE: multiple selects
I think it may be in the ODBC standard that only one SQL statement at a
time is allowed.
The .NET connector may be more liberal.
