Hello list.
Following my previous message, I think it's worth to mention that, when the DSN dialog shows and the user supplies correct parameter values, the exception is thrown anyway; so my gess is that it's shown whenever the OK button is used (cancel button correct dismisses the window and continues execution on my catch block with no uncatched VC++ exceptions in between).
After the msgbox, execution resumes to successful connection.
