V 2.0.53 documentation

In V 2.0.53, all the manuals have an extension .en for English.

I have manually renamed these to use the English (i.e., demo -> demox,
demo.html.en -> demo.html). This was annoying and tiresome. Is there
a better way to use a particular language as the default for manuals?

Perhaps Paul hasn't realised that he's supposed to:

A: View the manual through the server, not directly open the files in the
web browser. i.e. Browse to <http://localhost/manual/>

B: Ensure his web browser is configured to prefer his own language by
default (though it probably already is).
