When establishing a new photo gallery using FrontPage Photo Gallery
Properties comes up and you can add a caption to a photo. If opening an
existing gallery then Microsoft Office Picture Manager comes up and I cannot
add a caption. How do I get Photo Gallery Properties to be the default.
